Mary has been a leading voice in vascular access for over twenty years and has been in the nursing profession for almost thirty! Her company CVC Healthcare’s mission is to educate all health care professionals on proven strategies for insertion, care and maintenance that will prevent complications of vascular access devices. Her company builds CEU accredited education programs tailored for many disciplines including Physicians, Nurses, Administrators, Ancillary Staff, Vendors and Sales Executives. Her passion is to provide the knowledge and know how to insert the right device upon admission and improve the patient’s experience with this procedure. Mary is a member of the Infusion Nursing Society, Association for Vascular Access and the Wisconsin Vascular Access Network. Among her many local, national and international accomplishments, is the ‘Nurse Excellence in Clinical Practice’ award earned in 2010 from the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative.
