Nick Flaucher, MBA, BSN, RN, VA-BC
Nick is an experienced nurse leader in Home Infusion and a clinical specialist with an emphasis in pediatric vascular access. He has spoken at the national level, published multiple papers, and developed hospital wide as well as unit specific education related to vascular access techniques, practices, products, and CLABSI surveillance and prevention. Nick has implemented new product trials through A3s and designed new curricula utilizing data for Quality Improvement (QI) projects to facilitate greatest patient outcomes. He believes in fostering lifelong learning and discovery by integrating research and best practices to facilitate greatest patient outcomes. Additionally, he serves as the treasurer of MoKanVan, a local AVA chapter of Vascular Access experts.
