Leimomi Holmes, BSN, RN, VA-BC
Leimomi Holmes, BSN, RN, VA-BC is the Charge Nurse and Team Lead of the PICC Team. In her role, she leads central line surveillance initiatives and drives CLABSI reduction strategies. She is a member of the system-wide CLABSI team.
Leimomi played a key role in launching a successful vasopressor infusion program in the ICU. With her hospital poised for continued growth, she is passionate about using evidence-based knowledge to help shape the future direction of vascular access practice and improve patient outcomes across the system.
